Fallen Grape Wine Co. brings together the expertise of founder Paul Longo and winemaker Fidencio Flores to craft wines that are both accessible and authentic. With decades in NYC's bar scene, Paul's experience in hospitality fuels his commitment to creating wines that feel real and approachable.
Fidencio, a third-generation winemaker from Santa Ynez Valley, infuses each bottle with the knowledge and tradition passed down through his family. Together, they produce wines that honor heritage while delivering a fresh, enjoyable experience for all.
Made on California's Central Coast with native-yeast fermentation, unfiltered and unfined, with organic farming and minimal sulfites — Fallen Grape wines are made for the table, not the cellar.
