Costa Spirits is an importer and distributor of premium spirits, wine, and barware, operating in two markets through two affiliated legal entities. In Florida (USA) we operate as Costa Spirits LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In Costa Rica we operate as CV Internacional SRL, a sociedad de responsabilidad limitada registered in Costa Rica. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Costa Spirits” throughout this site mean both entities, acting jointly under the Costa Spirits brand. The entity responsible for any given interaction is the one registered in the market where the transaction takes place.

When you submit a contact form, brand inquiry, or newsletter signup, we collect your name, business name (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. When you browse the site, we log standard server data (IP address, user agent, referring URL) and store a region preference cookie.

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate brand submissions, and to send you the newsletter you subscribed to. We use server logs for security and performance diagnostics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the relationship is active, plus seven years for tax and regulatory recordkeeping. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email — once you unsubscribe we remove your email from the active list within 30 days.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications. Email info@costaspirits.com — we'll respond within 30 days.

The site runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). Forms send notifications via Resend. Analytics, when enabled, run through PostHog. Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy.

We may update this policy as our practices change. We'll note the date at the top — material changes will also be communicated by email to subscribers.
