Process

750 mL · 46% ABV · Case of 12. Built on Isolation Proof's core botanicals — juniper, coriander, cassia bark — plus watercress, tarragon, leeks, green onions, and citrus peels for a savory backbone. Post-distillation rested in stainless steel 4–6 weeks, then infused with hand-foraged ramps from the distillery's own woods.
