Process

700 mL · 43% ABV · Case of 6. Produced from 100% Altamura PDO durum wheat through milling and malting, then mashing and fermentation. Three-column distillation: beer column removes solids, extractive column lowers impurities, rectification column raises alcohol to 96.3% ABV. Filtered five times through activated carbon, diluted with locally sourced water. Additive-free — no artificial flavors, glycerin, or sweeteners.
